Laundry Room Systems
A laundry room that
folds itself.
Cabinets above the washer, a folding counter, pull-out hampers, and a drying rod that swings away when you're done. Designed so laundry doesn't feel like a second job.
What fits in a laundry
Small room, six jobs.
The laundry does double and triple duty: wash, fold, dry, iron, mudroom, and sometimes pantry overflow. We design the room to handle all of it without feeling crowded.
Cabinets over the washer
Detergent, stain sticks, and spare bulbs, out of sight and within reach. We lift them high enough that a top-load lid can still open.
Folding counter
A folding surface spans the washer and dryer. Most clients source the slab separately (quartz, butcher block, or laminate) and we design the cabinet run to fit it.
Slide-out hampers
Two or three slide-out hamper bins for lights, darks, and delicates. Built into the base cabinets.
Drying rod
Retractable or swing-away rod for line-dry pieces. Out of the way when not in use.
Ironing station
Fold-out ironing board hidden in a slim vertical cabinet. Iron stays plugged in inside.
Drop zone
Bench, hooks, and a shelf near the door if the laundry doubles as a mudroom. We design them together.
