Who we are
LB Classic Closets is a custom closet design and installation company based in Columbia, Missouri, serving Mid-Missouri since 1987. This policy covers lbclassicclosets.com and the forms, booking links, and subdomains we run from it.

What we collect when you fill out a form
Our lead forms (homepage, contact page, measure tool) ask for:
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Project address (for the measure form)
- Room type and your project goals
- How you prefer we follow up (call, text, or email)
We use this information to contact you about your project, schedule consultations, send proposals, and deliver the service you asked for. We do not sell or rent this information.
Cookies and tracking
When you visit the site, we set a small number of cookies and local storage values:
- visitor_id : a random ID we generate so we can stitch together the pages you viewed before filling out a form. It is not tied to your name or email until you submit a form.
- utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content : if you arrive from an ad or campaign link, we remember the campaign so we know which ads are actually generating leads.
- gclid : Google Ads click identifier, stored so we can credit the right campaign.
- fbclid : Facebook / Instagram click identifier, same purpose.
- referrer and landing page : the URL you came from and the first page you landed on.
You can decline analytics cookies using the banner at the bottom of the screen. If you decline, we still keep a visitor_id for basic security and session continuity, but we do not load analytics or advertising pixels.
Third parties we work with
We rely on a short list of vendors to keep the site running and help us follow up with leads:
- Google Tag Manager (container GTM-5MT33JT8) : loads analytics and ad pixels when you accept cookies.
- Cloudflare Turnstile : verifies you are a human and not a bot when you submit a form.
- Google Cloud : hosts our form handler and stores the lead information you submit.
- Calendly : powers the booking link when you schedule a consultation.
- Stripe and QuickBooks : used only after you become a customer, for invoicing and payments.
- Gmail and OpenPhone : we email and text you from these platforms during your project.
Each of these vendors has its own privacy policy. We only share what is needed to deliver the service you asked for.
How long we keep it
Lead submissions stay in our CRM so we can service what we install and answer questions about your project down the road. If you want your data deleted, email info@lbclassicclosets.com and we will remove it within 30 days, except for records we are required to keep for tax or warranty purposes.
Your choices
- You can decline cookies in the banner at the bottom of the screen.
- You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link at the bottom of any email we send. Transactional emails (proposals, scheduling, warranty) will still be delivered.
- You can request a copy of the personal information we have about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@lbclassicclosets.com.
- You can reply STOP to any text message from our team and we will stop texting.
Children
This site is for homeowners and builders. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Security
Forms are submitted over HTTPS. Your information is stored in Google Cloud and Postgres with access limited to the owner and our design team. We will tell you directly if we ever have a breach that affects you.
Changes to this policy
If we materially change how we handle your information, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, for active customers, send an email. Prior versions are available on request.
