How we work
From first call to finished room.
Six steps. Most of the work happens before install day, so when our crew shows up at your house, the install itself wraps in 1 to 3 days.
15-minute call
15 minutesWe always start with a quick call. You walk us through the space, tell us what's not working, and we'll suggest what's possible. At the end of the call, we ask you to pull measurements for us using our online tool.
Measurements
10–15 minutesYou submit dimensions and photos through our online measure tool on your own schedule. It walks you through what we need.
Design & virtual review
About 1 weekYour designer drafts a layout in CAD and renders a 3D walkthrough. Then we schedule a Google Meet to go over the designs together and walk through every option.
Proposal & revisions
As long as it takesAfter the virtual review, we send a written proposal. We'll go back and forth on the design until you're completely satisfied with your closet. No pressure, no rush.
Deposit & scheduling
1 callOnce the design is approved, you place a deposit and we schedule your install. Before we order materials, we come on site to verify final dimensions. Then materials get cut to spec and arrive in time for install.
Build & install
1–3 days installMaterials arrive kitted and pre-finished from the factory. Our crew shows up, sets up drop cloths, and installs your system in 1 to 3 days depending on size. We test every drawer, level every shelf, and walk through with you before we leave.
Why we start with a call
We meet over video before anyone walks into your house.
Most closet companies send a salesperson to your door. We don’t. Starting with a 15-minute call means no pressure, no cleanup on your end, and you can show us the closet while the clothes are still in it.
If we both agree the project is a fit, we send you our online measure tool so you can submit dimensions and photos on your own schedule. If not, no hard sell, no wasted afternoon.
Ready for step one?
Our first call is free and takes 15 minutes. We’ll talk through your space and suggest what’s possible.
